 David Tansey counsels executives to avoid isolation, maintain balance, improve communications, identify problems, expand perspectives, and formulate solutions. He works with clients in Corporate Psychology to focus on corporate purpose, identify and maximize human talent and potential and to identify and improve organizational structures. His Staff Development Seminars provide training in stress reduction, communications skills, team building, and values clarification. He is available as a consultant for Pre-Employment Screening to assess applicants' attitudes, work values, honesty and tenure.
