“What is most important
is invisible…”
- Antoine de Saint Exupery

· How many times have you found yourself being
sucked into the same old argument with your spouse?

· What about a struggle to overcome a bad habit or an
addiction that seems to keep returning?

Consider the feelings of anxiety or depression that seem
to loom about, darkening any joyful feelings.
These are all examples of troubles stemming from
deeper motivations within us.

Now contemplate how it would be to experience feelings of love for your spouse again, to not be ruled by gripping feelings of anxiety, or to overcome a dependency.

Focus:
Tapping into expressive and creative energies to generate internal change.

It is very possible for negative patterns and reactions to be erased from within you. What you know you should do in your mind, yet can’t seem to do in daily life, can become internalized into your character. Thus with understanding of the hidden motivations that drive you, lasting changes can be made. Positive thoughts, habits, and emotions can begin to flow from you rather than self-defeating ones. In essence, there is potential to change on the inside, and that is exactly where doing inner work can lead.

Expect to receive compassion and guidance from me as you begin to travel the pathway toward self-discovery and healing. In therapy, I will help you tap into the underlying motivations that seem to drive your behavior against your will. Our work together will help you gain insight into what keeps you bound emotionally, spiritually, or even physically. Additionally, you will find origins to stressed patterns in your relationships. During this process you will discover more about the real person that lies within, and subsequently find that many of the answers to your problems exist somewhere inside of you.

During our time together you will then learn how to free yourself from internal and relationship binds. As you experiment, work, open yourself to new possibilities, and are willing to let go of fear, you will experience a release of pain and an increase in positive feelings. Anticipate that painful traumas will begin to fade into the distance. As you heal you will be pleased to witness the people in your life change how they respond to you, thereby leading to more connected and fulfilling relationships. Finally, come to treatment with hope in the reality of enduring change.
